Fees cover: a receipt listing the Goat LP fees: 10% of fees added back on auto-compound, 10% of fees collected with Send fees to my wallet, 0.15% per auto-range move, 0.15% once on auto-exit and 0.65% of the swapped part when paying with one token; gas for automation runs is paid by us.
Goat LP is experimental. Use small amounts.
Goat LP charges only when it does work for you. Analytics are free, and actions without a swap cost only gas. Every manual fee is shown in tokens and dollars before you sign; automation fees are shown as a rate in the setup sheet.

All fees

Uniswap pool fees go to the pool’s liquidity providers, not to Cashmere.

Manual-tool swap fee: 0.65%

When a manual tool swaps, Uniswap’s Universal Router keeps 0.65% of that swap’s output for Cashmere and passes the rest on, in the same transaction. Only the swapped part is charged.
  • Before you sign, the app decodes the transaction and refuses it unless the fee goes to the fee address at exactly 0.65%. The app’s code will never build a fee above 1%.
  • Today, if a swap fills better than quoted, the extra goes to you. You always get at least the minimum shown in the review.
Example. You deposit 1,000 USDG as one token into an ETH / USDG range, and the tool swaps 480 USDG into ETH. The fee is 0.65% of the ETH that swap returns, worth about 3.12 USDG. The 520 USDG that was not swapped is not charged.
Pay with one token: you send one token, part of it is swapped so the deposit matches your range, and both tokens go in; Goat LP fee is 0.65% of the swapped part.Pay with one token: you send one token, part of it is swapped so the deposit matches your range, and both tokens go in; Goat LP fee is 0.65% of the swapped part.

Compound: 10%

10% of the fees added back · gas paid by us (on auto-compound runs).
  • It is never charged on your principal.
  • What does not fit your range comes back to your wallet, with no fee.
  • The swap inside a compound pays only the pool fee. There is no 0.65% on it.
  • On Uniswap v4, Send fees to my wallet collects the fees for you instead: 10% of the fees collected, and the other 90% goes to your wallet. Gas paid by us.

Auto-range and auto-exit: 0.15%

The swap inside a move is about half of the value. It pays the pool fee and Uniswap’s protocol fee only: on v4 at most your highest swap fee (default 1%), on v3 only in the fee tiers Goat lists for the pair. Price movement during the swap is limited by your price protection (default 0.50%).

Where fees go

Every Goat LP fee goes to Cashmere’s fee address, 0x2bf95e5f307FB84e19851865193a14DaB01A561F.
  • Compound fees and v4 automation fees are paid out in the same transaction.
  • v3 auto-range and auto-exit fees stay in those contracts until Cashmere withdraws them.
  • The 0.65% fee is paid by Uniswap’s Universal Router straight from the swap output.

Can fees change?

  • Compound 10%: fixed in the one-click compound contracts. The automation fees (10% on v3 auto-compound, 0.15% on auto-range and auto-exit) can only be lowered. No one can raise them.
  • The 0.65% manual-tool fee is an app setting with a hard limit of 1% in the app’s code. The exact rate is written into every transaction you sign.
  • The owner Safe can change the fee address. Before any automation transaction, the app checks that the contract’s fee address is the one above.
Gas for keeper runs is paid by Cashmere. It still shows in the position’s gas line in analytics, because the position used the service.
